🌙 Shamanic Transformational Coaching – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure that all coaching relationships are conducted with respect, clarity, and mutual commitment to the process of transformation. By booking coaching sessions or packages with Faith Quinn / Sacred Earth Dreaming, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

🌿 1. Session Structure & Validity

• 3-Session Package – valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.

• 6-Session Package – valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

• 12-Session Package – valid for 8 months from the date of purchase.

All sessions must be booked and completed within the above timeframes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions not used within the validity period will expire and are non-transferable.

🌞 2. Commitment to the Coaching Process

Shamanic Transformational Coaching is a sacred and forward-moving process designed to create real, lasting change through awareness, healing, and aligned action.

This work is for individuals ready to actively participate in their transformation.
While emotional healing is a natural part of the process, this is not counselling or therapy — it is results-oriented spiritual coaching focused on forward momentum and the manifestation of your desired life.

You agree to:

• Show up for scheduled sessions on time and prepared.

• Complete the gentle soul work or integration practices provided at the end of each session.

• Take personal responsibility for your progress and engagement.

 

🌕 3. Refunds & Cancellations

Because these programs are based on commitment and energy exchange:

• No refunds are provided for clients who choose not to complete their package or who do not actively engage in their healing journey.

• If you feel the coaching relationship is not aligned, please discuss this with Faith as soon as possible. Open communication is encouraged and supported.

• If, after discussion, you still feel that continuing is not in alignment, a refund will be provided for any unused sessions remaining in your package.

• Completed sessions are non-refundable.

 

🪶 4. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

• Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

• If a genuine emergency arises, please contact Faith directly to discuss rescheduling.

 

🌸 5. Confidentiality & Sacred Space

All sessions are conducted in strict confidentiality and held within a sacred, judgment-free space.
Faith commits to honouring your privacy and ensuring that all personal or spiritual information shared remains strictly between coach and client.

 

🔥 6. Personal Responsibility & Results

You acknowledge that your results depend on your willingness to engage fully with the coaching process.
While every effort is made to guide, support, and empower you, your transformation ultimately depends on your commitment, choices, and follow-through.

Faith does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical or psychological advice. Coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care.

 

🌿 7. Energy Exchange & Payment

• Payment for packages is due in full at the time of booking unless a prior payment plan has been agreed upon.

• Payment plans must be completed within the validity timeframe of the package.

• Unpaid sessions cannot be booked or conducted.

• Afterpay is available to help as a payment plan

 

🌙 8. Respectful Conduct

This sacred work is built on mutual respect and energetic integrity.
Faith reserves the right to discontinue coaching services if a client displays disrespectful, abusive, or energetically disruptive behaviour. In such cases, any remaining sessions may be refunded at Faith’s discretion.

 

💫 9. Agreement

By purchasing or scheduling coaching sessions with Faith Quinn / Sacred Earth Dreaming, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You understand that coaching is a collaborative process, and you are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and transformation.
