My Story
My Journey as a Shamanic Healer
I’m Faith, and I’ve always been told I’m an old soul. My mum used to say, “You were born at 40 years of age.” Was I, or did I just feel I had to grow up fast? As the youngest in my family, I was often the “Black Sheep,” the “Scapegoat,” and the “Mirror” for everyone else. I was bullied—mentally, emotionally, and physically—by my older sister, and felt deeply misunderstood. But I was also the “Empath,” a natural Lightworker, Teacher, Guide, and Energy Healer.
A Defining Moment
At the age of seven, my psychic Indigenous/Irish grandmother opened the door to the spiritual world for me. We’d sit every afternoon with a cup of tea and biscuits, talking about the day and reading the tea leaves. This was a defining moment—an awakening that connected me to Spirit in a way I had never felt before.
My curiosity grew from there. I remember some Mormons coming to our door, and my Indigenous father saying, “No, we have our own religion, mate, thanks.” When I asked him what our religion was, he touched his heart and said, “Whatever is in here.” Which gave me the freedom to explore my own beliefs about God and spirituality without limits.
Lost and Disconnected
Life took a tough turn when my father left when I was nine. Suddenly, my world was upended—our family home was sold, my siblings went their own ways, and my mum and I moved away with just a car and caravan. Feeling vulnerable, unsafe, and terribly alone, my mum struggled, and I was bullied on the school bus every day. I felt lost, and the only thing that kept me going was my spiritual connection and strong intuition, navigating a path filled with grief that soon turned to anger and rebellion.
Discovering My Own Gifts
At eleven, my mother allowed me to see a psychic named Colleen. She asked, “Why are you here when you can do this yourself?” That session became a lesson in using my own gifts, and with newfound confidence, I began giving readings to family, friends, and friends of friends. This was a powerful affirmation of my path as a spiritual guide and healer.
Navigating Trauma and Finding Strength
At twelve and a half, living in a caravan park, I encountered a dark chapter when a much older man preyed on my vulnerability, leading to an assault I couldn’t speak of, deepening my sense of shame. The trauma triggered a profound shift—I became resentful and angry, turning into someone I didn’t recognise. My friends grew distant, and I felt utterly alone again, a stranger in my own skin. But there was a light within me that never gave up.
The Call of the Shaman
As I grew older, the warrior in me kept searching for healing. I dived into spiritual studies—meditation, poetry, and healing practices. By 40, I had amassed a wealth of knowledge, yet still doubted my ability to help others. Then, I felt the Call of the Shaman. I attended a shamanic event on a whim, not realising it would change my life. The teachings resonated deeply, reconnecting me with my Indigenous roots and spiritual ancestors. I knew I had found my path and immersed myself in a two-year training, embracing the wisdom of Shamanism and discovering my gift for teaching.
A Dark Night of the Soul
Just when I thought I had found my purpose, life threw me another challenge. My mother, my best friend, passed away, and family conflicts during her decline pushed me to my limits. My health collapsed—I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia, and I had to stop teaching. It was the hardest time of my life, feeling broken and powerless. Yet, I knew I had to keep going, that this was part of a deeper healing process.
The Return to Shamanism
Then, Spirit called me back once more, this time through Andean Shamanism. A chance connection led me to study with two Master Shamans who reignited my passion for this path. Within six months, using these ancient healing practices, I began to feel my energy return and my pain subside. This journey taught me profound lessons in self-love, self-compassion, and balance. It reminded me of my strength and my purpose.
Healing, Empowerment, and Purpose
Today, I stand here more empowered than ever as a Master Healer, Teacher, and Guide. I know the power of shamanism because I’ve lived it—I’ve gone from thinking my life was over to realising I am a Master Creator. I’ve learned to trust Spirit, heal myself, and step back into my role with renewed strength.
I am here to help you reconnect with your authentic self, to guide you on your journey back to your true essence, just as I have done for myself. Together, we can transform, heal, and create a soul-centered life filled with empowerment, meaning, good health and purpose.
